How does MyEllevate® Work?
The non-surgical neck lift procedure can be performed under local anesthetic. What this means is that although you will be numbed to avoid any discomfort you will be awake. Our providers will perform the treatment by inserting MyEllevate® sutures into the skin tissue using the ICLEDTM light device. As a result, the skin will be lifted, tightened, and supported by the sutures. MyEllevate® is commonly combinedwith other popular non-surgical procedures such as Liposuction for even more results.
Who is a Candidate for MyEllevate?
MyEllevate® is a great option for patients between 20-50 in age who have submental fullness and experience a “double chin” when looking down. MyEllevate® will be successful for someone who has mild to moderate laxity of the lower face and neck region. It is virtually an internal corset for your neck.
What is the downtime from MyEllevate®?
You should anticipate some swelling and bruising in the treated area following MyEllevate® non-surgical neck lift. These symptoms are often minimal and will go away within one to two weeks of treatment because the procedure is minimally invasive. There are very few limitations after this procedure so patients can take advantage of little to no downtime. After the procedure, your face will be wrapped if chin liposuction is performed. A soft collar will be provided for MyEllevate® and we recommend our patients to wear it for at least 10 days. The soft collar provides gentle compression and support to the neck area, which can help reduce swelling and discomfort while promoting proper alignment and healing. Our providers and staff will provide you with the proper after care instructions to ensure the best possible outcome for your MyEllevate® treatment.
